For being a Tutor/Employee at Khatana e-Academy

  • Khatana e-Academy will charge some Service Charges from the fees in order to maintain this Online Tutoring Platform ​to serve you better and help you to continue earning. For the details of service charges see Pricing.

  • The Tutor/Employee Shall Not share his/her personal information or contact personally with any of the client/student who contacted the tutor through this platform without the permission of Khatana e-Academy. This clause is applicable to the Tutor/Employee in person or any business owned by him/her or his/her immediate family members, in person or in part, Except those Management Employees who are authorized by Khatana e-Academy.

  • The Tutor/Employee is not supposed to harass/misbehave/mislead any of the Students/Other Tutors/Employees or Any Other Individual on this platform or contacted through this platform during or after his/her registration at Khatana e-Academy.

  • The Tutor/Employee is authorized to use Khatana e-Academy's resources for the tasks related to his/her job. He/She shall not use these resources for his/her personal use or any other purpose without the permission of Khatana e-Academy.

  • The Tutor/Employee agrees to, that all work done on Khatana e-Academy is to be kept confidential. That includes protecting confidentiality of information belonging to all customers/clients/students, information belonging to Khatana e-Academy and all its products whether physical or electronic, techniques and technologies developed by Khatana e-Academy.

  • The Tutor/Employee shall not delete/edit/generate or transmit any material/information whether printed or in electronic for from Khatana e-Academy premises without the authorization or permission of Khatana e-Academy. The Tutor/Employee agrees that this clause applicable even after the termination of his/her job at Khatana e-Academy.

  • Upon misuse of, or overstepping the authorities, whether intentional of unintentionaly, or violating any of the clause of this agreement, whether intentional or unintentinally, working with or obtainig work from or contacting the customers/clients/students personally, the Tutor/Employee is liable to have legal action by Khatana e-Academy.
